So I thought is was about time for a new post. It has been some time, so here is an update for you all.

Spring quarter did not go so well. I had to drop a class. My grades turned out ok, but not the best. Me and Jim broke up, I was ok with it at that time, because it was going to be just for the summer.

I got a job for the summer working in the Dayton area. I worked at WesBanco for the summer as a bank teller. I really enjoyed that. I lived with a friend from church for the summer. The summer went pretty well. It was very differnent living in Dayton for the summer, I missed all my friends up in Toledo and my home church up there too.

Things at the church I go to down here have been interesting. The sunday school class I go to, our teacher stepped down at the end of the summer, he had been teaching the class for over two years, he needed a break. We were had when he left the class, after he left the class changed a lot. Half the class either changed churchs or sunday school class. The teaching of the class is not as good anymore. I am not sure if I am going to stay in the class much longer, I am not getting anything out of the class. Dont get me wrong I enjoy the people in the class and the new teachers are great people, but I feel that we dont talk about things in depth like we did with the old class. I am thinking about changing church, but im not sure where I would go and the sermons at the church I go to is still good for the must part. I still am good friends with the former teacher and his wife, I enjoy having lunch with them pretty much every sunday.

Well now its fall quarter, Me and Jim did not get back togather, we are still friends. That has been somewhat hard for me, but I guess im ok. I am living in an aparmtent with three friends on campus, I love my roommates. The apartment is nice other then the fact that the ceiling in the bathroom leaks because a of problem with something from the bathroom above us. I have talked to maintenance about it, but so far they have not done anything about it. Classes are going bad, im am going to be dropping a class this week, I have till friday to drop the class. I am going back to just being an accounting major.

This quarter has been a hard one for me, classes have been hard and trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. This is my fourth year at Wright State, but not my last. I have about two years left here. It looks like I will hopefully get out of here in the fall of 2010. Im just hoping we dont go to semseters before I leave here. I have heard talk of it happening in fall of 2010 or the next year or so. 

I just dont know what to do anymore. I love my roommates, they are so cool. I still have some friends here on campus, a few graduated. Classes are keeping me busy, so I dont get out of my apartment much, its not really anyones fault but mine, but I dont know what to do.

On a good note basketball season is coming up soon, it will start in less then a month. Both our Women's and Men's team look like they will have a great season. A good chance for some nice road trips this year

So it has been over a year since my last post. A lot has happened in the past year. Im still dating Jim, things are going really well with us. Im still at Wright State, got about two more years left here. I now have two Majors, accounting and Finance. School is going ok, I just want it to be over.

Ok lets see, what are some big things at has happened in the last year. Last Spring quarter ended pretty good. My broken toe did finally heal, it took some time and the Doctor looking at my x-rays was having some problem seeing if it was healing right. I went home a lot last spring to get x-rays of my toe. I went home once in the middle of the week to see a specialist to make sure it was healing right. It was a lot of fun trying to get around campus. I have not broke any bones since then. I did finally get my one grade posted in about the fifth week of classes last spring.

I worked last summer first shift at Tim Hortons. I had to be to work between 5 and 6 am. That was no fun, I was getting up and leaving the house before my dad got up for work. I got off work between 1 and 2pm. I do not like working fast food, the people I worked with for the most part were great, but the hours where really bad. And what they put us through there sucked too. Here is the sad thing, I went back there over my winter break, but that time I worked second shift, had to be to work at 2pm and got off between 7 and 10pm most nights, a few times I had to work till midnight. I enjoyed the people I worked with on second shift, but still hated what we went through there. My first day back was really bad, me and another person runing the store from 4 till 10pm, must times there is at least three people till 7pm, but not that night. The company party was that night and another store was going to cover so everyone could go, but they got there dates messed up and showed up the day before. I made it through both times working there, I dont really want to go back, but right now I dont have a summer job and I know they will let me come back and pretty much let me work when every and how much I want to. They all love me there and are happy to see me when I come visit.

Fall quarter went pretty good, I got three A's and one B, not to bad for me. My GPA went up some from that quarter, but was still below a 3.0. Im still working on trying to get it to a 3.0, but not having much luck. Winter break was ok, worked must of it. Went to my brother's place for christmas, that was nice. I came down to school for about a week for some basketball games, that was a lot of fun.

Winter quarter was a lot of fun, lots of basketball games. I went on three road trips. The first one was the bus to Bulter, it was not with the pep band. I had to pay $10 for the trip, but that was not to bad. We left in the afternoon, it was a 3 hour bus trip to Bulter, its in Indiana. The game started at 9pm, and then we left after the game, I got back to school about 2 or 3am, I dont remember, I just know it was really early.

The next trip was with pep band, it was back to Bulter for the men's Horzion league tournament. Wright state came in thrid in the league this year. The plan for the trip was a little crazy and had us all thinking who ever made the plans were crazy. The plan was go to Bulter friday, a three hour bus trip and then come home after the game and if we won go back to Bulter the next day for another game. Well things got really crazy, this was back in the beginning of March. The plan was to leave middle afternoon to go. Well Friday morning it started to snow, classes got canceled for the afternoon. So we where not sure if we were still going. The call was made that we where still going. So I packed stuff as if we were staying the night, remember the plan was not to stay the night. We had to play Valparaiso in the second game of the tournament and we had not beat them yet, they are new to our league this year. Well we lost, and it was still snowing pretty good here in Dayton. There was just a little there at Bulter. So the call was made to stay the night. There was 5 students that came on there own and the athletic director Dr Q, told them they were staying, the school paid for there hotel stay. But two of them left without Dr Q knowing.  We stayed in a very nice hotel that night, we stayed at a Sheraton hotel. The pep band, cheerleaders and the 3 studnet where in one hotel, the basketball team and Dr Q where in another hotel. Saturday morning we left there about 8am or a little earlier. It was not a fun bus ride home, it was snowing pretty bad, we passed a lot of bad accidents. It took about 4 hours to get home. I found out later that the basketball team had stayed another day and that we had left before Dr Q could tell us that we were to stay another day. Fun times there, Dayton ended up getting about 13 inch of snow that weekend.

The finally road trip was also with pep band. It was a last second decision my our pep band diretor to go on this trip. When we got home from Bulter we were told we would not be going to the women's league tournment the next weekend. Well on thursday I got an email that said we may go up to Green Bay, Wisconsin on saturday for a game on sunday if the women won there game up there friday night. A couple of hours later I got another email saying that our dircoter had been asked very nicley if he could get the band to go up for the Friday game. So about 12 band memebers wnet up to Green Bay on Friday, it was a 10 hour bus trip, so boring and the really bad part of this trip was the cheerleaders were on the same bus with us, the Bulter trip the band had its own bus. We got up there a little later then what we thought we would and then we got last on Green Bay's campus, so we were late to the game. We won on friday and the host school lost there game, so we thought we had to go home because we were the highest seat left, but we did not, we played our game on Sunday in Green Bay still. So Saturday was a day of fun up there. I had a lot of fun. Sunday we played Cleveland State at 1pm. We lost that game. We left after the game was over to come back to school. Finals week started monday. It took about 11 hour to get hour because the bus got lost on the way home somehow. I think we got back about midnight or so. It was a fun trip, but a little crazy at times. So pep band was a lot of fun and very crazy this year.

Jim and I have been dating for about a year and 4 months now. He got to meet my mom's side of the family back in February, that was a lot of fun. He has about 2 more years left here and then he is going to a Seminary school to become a pastor. Things are going really good with us. He is a CA this year and is going to be a CA again next year(most school would call him an RA).

It is now spring quarter, its going into week four. I have a lovely accounting exam on tuseday, I have been studying a lot for it today. Im going home next weekend. I am also going home May 16 and June 6 for some weddings. The second wedding im in. There is another wedding in May, but I dont have the money to go to it. Next weekend im not driving home, im going home with a friend, the other two times I am driving home. Classes are going ok so far this quarter, just keeping me pretty busy.

I think that is about it for now, maybe my next post will be in less then a year.

Let's see this quarter so far. Classes are going pretty good. Im taking three main classes and then band. Im still trying to get one grader from last quarter posted. This is the start of the fourth week and I took the final exam the first week of this quarter. Im still dating Jim, it has been a little over three months now.

This well get to all to laugh. So im a really smart one. I broke my little toe yesterday. I kicked my bed post at home and made my toe point the wrong way. I had to go to the hospital to get to fixed. Now I have a boot thing that I have to wear for six weeks and this week I should not be walking on it much. Its just so much fun.

I will must likely be going home this coming weekend for the third weekend in a row. I have to see my doctor saturday morning. Fun fun.

So its been a really long time since I have posted. I have been pretty busy with school. I lot has happened since the last time I post. The overall look at the past couple of months is: went back to school for winter quarter, got a boyfriend, started a bible study on campur, went a little crazy with class, having fun with pep bnad, going a little more crazy with school and finals, went to Buffalo NY for the first round of the NCAA basketball tournment with pep band, and now home for spring break.

Yes I have a boyfriend and he is a great guy, I love him very much. His name is Jim. We have been dating for close to three months now. Here is a picture of us.

The quarter went ok overall. Me and Jim started a bible study up togather. It started off ok and started dieing abour midterm of the quarter. We are not sure if we are going to keep it up next quarter.

Classes went ok, I took 14 credit hours. I have started to get some of my grades, I got a C in my accounting class and an A in pep band.  Classes was a lot of work and pretty hard too. At one point in the quarter I thought I was going to fail a class. I still have not taken the final for that class yet, but I think I will pass the class.

The two best things of the quarter was meeting Jim and going to Buffalo for the NCAA tournment. The week before leaving I almost went crazy. I had to reschedule all my final exams. I still have one to take when I get back to school next week. My exams were schedule for Wednesday and Thursday, but I ended up having to take two of my exams. Last Monday after I finished my second exam I was a very happy person, but before that I was going crazy.

Going to Buffalo was a lot of fun. We left tuseday morning by plane. Got into Buffalo early afternoon. Went to a mall for dinner, that was fun. Wednesday we went to another mall for lunch, I got stuff for my IPod. Wednesday we went to the home of the Buffalo wings from dinner. Thursday morning we went to Niagra falls, the NY side. Thursday afternoon I watched some of the first round games on tv. Thursday evening we went to our game. I got to be on the floor for the second half of the Duke game. And then got to be on the floor for Wright State's long game. The game did not start till 9:50 and ended after midnight. It was a long game, and bad game. We lost by 21 points. Fridsay morning we left to go back to lovely Dayton. I got to see Jim a little bit then. Left to come home early evening friday, stopped to have dinner with my brother and sister-in-law. Got home friday and passes out. I think when I was in Buffalo I got about 10 hours of sleep. Im still trying to catch up on sleep.

This weekend I did not do to much. Hung out with my great friend Deb on saturday, yesterday went to church. Today I just have bible study tonight. Tomorrow I have to go to the dentist, no fun. Wednesday im going to spend the day in BG, I have to renew my driver license and then spending the rest of the day at the ACT house. Im looking forward to spend time with my friends out there again. I have not seen them since winter break. Thursday I have no plans other the calling Jim to make sure he is ok. He is getting teeth pull on thursday. Friday im going back out to BG for an ACT party. It is going to be fun. Saturday no plans other then pack to go back to school and then sunday I go back to school in the afternoon.

So that is pretty much all that has been going on since the last time I posted. Dont know when I will post next.
